1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Data Protection Laws, we may collect **the following data and information (collectively, “Personal Data**”) when you use Zap Bot:

  1. Distributed ledger network wallet addresses;
  2. Information about how you access and use our Services and/or the Rewards Program, such as your actions on the Services and/or the Rewards Program, including your interactions with others on the Services and/or the Rewards Program, photos or media you upload to the Services, your username, and other User Content you provide. We may access your device camera roll and camera with your permission. If you need to update your permissions, you can do so in your device’s settings;
  3. Communications between the Company and you including emails, social media messages, job applications, customer support inquiries;
  4. Current and historical information concerning your geographic location, GPS location, transaction location, and IP addresses that you use when you use and/or access our Services. We may use third-party services such as the Google Maps API to gather information about your location. Google uses various technologies to determine your location, including IP address, GPS, and other sensors that may, for example, provide Google with information on nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points, and cell towers (see Google’s Privacy Policy to learn more);
  5. Information about your device and its software, such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, platform type, device type, operating system, date and time stamp, a unique ID (that allows us to uniquely identify your browser, mobile device, or your account), and other similar information.

Automatic collection of Personal Information may involve the use of Cookies, described in detail further below. Zap does not store online identifiers, device information, or geolocation data on our systems. Please be aware that third-parties with which we might interact with, such as vendors or payment processors, may store such information. We may collect and/or verify the following categories of Personal Information about you from third parties:

Identification Information, such as name, email, phone number, postal address and any information that may be legally required, including information required for Know Your Customer verification purposes.

IP address, domain name;

Device Information, operating system, browser, device name, language preferences;

Usage Data, such as system activity, internal and external information related to Zap application pages that you visit and

Geolocation Data, such as information about your device's location.

"Personal Information," as used above, refers to information that directly or indirectly identifies or is reasonably capable of identifying an individual, as well as information that can be linked to an identified or reasonably identifiable individual.

Accuracy and Retention of Personal Information

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Information held by us is (i) accurate with regard to the purposes for which it is to be used, and (ii) not kept longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it is to be used.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit data from or perform marketing activities to children under 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Platform. If we become aware that personal information from users who are less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account immediately and take reasonable measures to promptly remove such data from our records. 4. HOW DO WE LOG DATA?

In compliance with platform policies, we log all commands that interact with Zap Bot. These logs include:

3. DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We will never sell, share, or rent your Personal Information to third parties for their commercial purposes. Further, we will not share your Personal Information with third-parties, except as described below:

  1. Service Providers. We may share your Personal Information with third-party service providers for business or commercial purposes, including fraud detection and prevention, security threat detection, payment processing, customer support, data analytics, Information Technology, advertising and marketing, network infrastructure, storage, transaction monitoring. We share your Personal Information with these service providers only so that they can provide us with the services, and our service providers are prohibited from using or disclosing your Personal Information for any other purpose.

  2. Law Enforcement. We may be compelled to share your Personal Information with law enforcement, government officials, and regulators.

  3. Consent. We may share your Personal Information with your consent.

If we decide to modify the purpose for which your Personal Information is collected and used, we will amend this Policy.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

When our users access Zap, we may make use of the standard practice of placing data files called cookies, flash cookies, pixel tags, or other tracking tools (herein, “Cookies”) on your mobile device or other devices used to visit Zap. Cookies are used to help us recognize you as a customer, collect information about your use of Zap and better customize our services and content for you, and collect information about your mobile device or other access devices to: (i) ensure that your account security has not been compromised by detecting irregular, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent account activities; (ii) assess and improve our services and advertising campaigns.

Zap Bot may integrate with third-party services to enhance its functionality. While we do not share personal data with these third parties without user consent, please note that they have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before interacting with third-party services.

Zap operates with many of our systems based in the United States. As a result, we may transfer personal data from Europe to other countries outside of Europe, including the United States, under the following conditions:
